Kayla Pincham

B.CRIM LLB GDPLT LLM (FAMILY LAW)

Kayla is a Senior Associate at Carr Legal Group and has been working in the legal industry since 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology, as well as a Master of Laws specialising in Family Law. Kayla is currently completing a further Master of Laws with a focus on Estate Planning and Wills & Estates.

Kayla first joined Carr Legal Group while completing her law degree, working alongside Kevin as a paralegal. In 2019 she moved to another local firm to broaden her experience before returning to Carr Legal. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2021, bringing with her several years of hands-on legal experience gained while working as a paralegal.

In her role, Kayla works closely with clients, prepares legal documents and advice, manages correspondence and attends court when required. She particularly enjoys the variety that comes with legal practice and supporting clients through important and often challenging life decisions.

Kayla has a strong interest in family law and also enjoys working in wills and estate planning, particularly the detailed drafting involved in helping clients plan for the future.

Born and raised in Tamworth, Kayla enjoys spending time with her young family outside of work and keeping active with health and fitness. She also has a passion for baking.
