Carr Mediations

A Clear and Respectful Path to Resolving Disputes
Mediation provides a structured, supportive environment for resolving disagreements without the stress, cost or delays of court. At Carr Mediations, our accredited mediators and Family Dispute Resolution practitioners help parties communicate effectively, explore options and work towards practical, sustainable agreements.
Whether your matter is family-related, workplace-led or part of a broader dispute, we focus on clarity, respect and achievable outcomes.

What Is Mediation?
Mediation is a confidential process where an independent mediator guides discussions between parties in conflict. The mediator does not take sides or make decisions — their role is to help both parties:
- identify the issues
- understand each other’s perspective
- explore solutions
- reach agreements they can both accept
This process encourages cooperation and informed decision-making.
